My Sacred Hypnotherapy sessions combine evidence-based trance techniques with ancestral listening, personal empowerment, and sacred insight.

What Happens in a Session?

Session 1 - The Groundwork

This is our first meeting - no hypnosis yet, just a focused and spacious conversation. 

• You share what you want to shift, heal or understand

• We have a conversation that allows me to get a fuller picture of you - your experiences, beliefs, patterns and goals. 

• There'll be lots of questions, but it won't feel like an interview, I promise! There are no right or wrong answers just your truth. 

• We co-create the focus for your hypnotherapy session. 

This first step sets the tone. It's intentional, rooted in trust and designed to prepare the ground for deep work.

Session Two: The Hypnotherapy

This is where the deeper work begins. 

• I guide you into a calm, relaxed state ( no swinging watches, promise). 

• In trance, we follow your inner wisdom - clearing blocks, healing wounds, receiving insight

• This might include visualisation, inner child work, ancestral connection or body healing. 

• We close gently, grounding the experience and offering space for reflection

• You leave with clarity, integration tools and the support of your own sacred knowing.

What Sacred Hypnotherapy Can Support

Sacred Hypnotherapy is a two-part process. Both sessions are included in the price.

Session One - The Groundwork

Approx. 45 Minutes - A spacious, intentional conversation to explore what's bringing you to this work. Together we lay the foundation for your hypnotherapy journey - no trancework yet. 

​

Session Two - Sacred Hypnotherapy 

Up to 2 hours - A full guided session using therapeutic trance to access deep insight, healing and transformation. Most sessions naturally complete around the 90-minute mark, but I hold up to 2 hours so we're not rushing the process.
