Reverend. Healer. Ritualist.
Rooted in ancestral remembering and spiritual autonomy
I know myself. All the shitty bits, the loving parts, the parts that drive me and others crazy – the wholeness of me.
Knowing myself has given me the confidence to stop beating myself up, to walk tall (all 5ft 2 of me), and to leave, block, delete, and archive when something or someone isn’t for me.
But it hasn’t always been this way. I have been divorced, disowned, rejected, unsupported, evicted, threatened, and have suffered from mental imbalance. I have been attacked, homeless, penniless, robbed, scarred, and scared.
As a child, I was scared. The world scared me, speaking up scared me … hearing my own voice terrified me.
Now my voice is my tool and medicine that I use for Self and others.
Over the years, I have worked on my Self and Shadow, really looking, accepting, and working with those parts of me that I deemed unacceptable, unlikeable, unlovable, and unrelatable. Bringing all those pieces of me back home.
Alongside my private work, I serve on the Operations Team at the OneSpirit Foundation, where I focus on building and developing community. In this role, I walk alongside a growing number of interfaith ministers and ordinands as they deepen into their calling and spiritual leadership.
This work reflects my commitment to community-rooted healing, spiritual integrity, and creating spaces where people can return to what is sacred within and around them.

Who Am I & Why I Do What I Do
I am a Reverend Healer, ritualist, and spiritual companion working at the intersection of trance, ancestry, and transformation.
My work is grounded in the cosmology of the Bakongo people, particularly the cosmogram, a sacred map of becoming that guides how I move, make, and minister.
It teaches us that life is a cycle of birth, growth, death, and return and that the unseen is just as alive as the visible.
Trancework and ritual are not tools I use to fix or advise, they're technologies of remembering, reclaiming, and crossing thresholds with intention.
I walk alongside Black people and those from the global majority as they/we rethread their relationship to the Sacred, individually and in community, through ceremony, story, and the body.

By connecting with my Ancestral Knowledge, I began to heal not only myself but also the generational wounds and traumas carried through my lineage. As I honoured my ancestors, I discovered a reservoir of strength, guidance, and blessings that empowered my healing.
Through this journey, I also found myself drawn deeper into the presence of Her — the Great Mother, the Sacred Source.
I've come to recognise Her hand woven through my life, offering both protection and calling me into remembrance.
Today, my healing is inseparable from my relationship with Her — an ever-living devotion that guides my path, nourishes my work, and anchors my being.
It is this devotion that I now carry into every space I hold, every soul I walk beside.

My Commitment
Devotion: Reverend Healer
I carry many titles — Healer, Intergenerational Healing Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist.
Each reflects a piece of what I do. But at my core, I'm a Reverend Healer.
The world often asks us to fit into labelled boxes — it helps make sense of things.
As an ordained minister and healer, my work bridges the seen and unseen, the personal and ancestral, the sacred and the everyday.
It's grounded not in doctrine, but in a living relationship with the spirit within each of us, and with the wisdom carried through our lineages.
So, use whatever term speaks most clearly to your heart.
What matters is the relationship we build—the trust we create, the space we carve, the sacred container where healing unfolds. I walk beside you, sometimes as a Guide, sometimes as a Witness. But always with reverence. Because this work is sacred.
I am honoured to walk this path with you.
Ashe.
My Medicine
Medicine + Exchange
In my practice, I draw upon different healing modalities, including Ancestral Wisdom, spiritual rituals, Inner Wisdom sessions (AKA Quantum Healing Hypnosis), and modern therapeutic techniques. I am trained as a BWRT® (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) practitioner (general Psychopathology), a Level 4 Therapeutic Counsellor, a qualified Holistic Life Coach, and an Integrative Hypnotherapist. I am also a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the American Association of Hypnotherapy.
Additionally, I bring over 10 years of research and experience into this work, acknowledging and recognising that modern therapy isn't the starting point. As Luisa Teish so beautifully says in her book Jambalaya:
'Our foremothers knew things that modern science is still struggling to explain.
Our ancestors had access to the collective unconscious centuries before Jung’s mother got pregnant.'
