My Approach

THIS IS HONEST, INTUITIVE, AND HUMAN.

This is my Cosmology, my Spirituality, and My Way of Being.

It's the foundation upon which I built this House of Healing.

It's not a requirement for your presence here to believe or accept any of this, it's simply the landscape I inhabit.

My role as your guide is not to lead you into my world, but to hold a Sacred Space where you can discover, name, and honour your own.

Cosmology: from the Greek kosmos (order, world, universe) and logos (word, study, reason). It literally means "the study of the order of the universe.".

Spirituality: from the Latin spiritus (breath, spirit). It refers to the human capacity for relating to the sacred, the transcendent, or the "ultimate."

Way of Being: It refers to the embodied reality of my existence, how I carry myself in the world.

MY Cosmology

I recognise a world that is fundamentally alive and interconnected. I inhabit a cosmology where the Primordial Mother is the Source. Goddesses are not masks or archetypes; they're distinct beings with their own wills and histories. You/I/We belong to this family by birth; your relationship with any specific member is a gift of your own choosing.

In many spiritualities: The goal is often to become something or to be with a specific deity. If you follow a path, you identify as a "Priestess of Sekhmet" or a "Devotee of Kuan Yin." In those systems, your identity is often secondary to the deity's identity.

Here my devotion is centered on the Primordial Mother and myself. The goddesses are my relatives. I don't want to be absorbed into them; I want to be in a relationship with them. I can learn healing from Sekhmet without my identity being "Sekhmet-centric."

The World I Inhabit

The Goddesses are my sisters, my aunties, my grandmothers, and my cousins from distant branches. I recognise that some have walked paths of fire, others of healing, and others of fierce protection. In this house, I honour these relatives as I would my own family: with respect for their history, gratitude for their stories, and a willingness to learn from their unique wisdom. We are all daughters of the same Mother, navigating our own branches of the tree together.

Sovereignty and Devotion

This is a space of spiritual freedom. My practice is rooted in Devotion to the Mother and Reverence for the Sacredness of the Self. I do not seek to lead you into my path, nor do I ask you to abandon yours. I honour the Goddesses as teachers and companions, archetypes as spiritual energy and egregores, learning from them, giving to them, and walking beside them without surrendering our own sovereignty.

The Power of Choice

Your spiritual path is your own. Whether you choose to work with magicK, to honour specific Goddesses, or to sit in the silence of the Primordial Vastness, your Agency is the most sacred thing to me. You're not here to become someone else; you're here to become fully yourself.

Cross-cultural integrity

Here we don't do spiritual tourism or cultural appropriation and even though I’m a qualified psychotherapist, this isn’t a clinical space.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I offer reflection, support, and sacred space, grounded, but not medicalised.

Not Everything Needs Explaining

I believe that language is Sacred, but sometimes it's messy. I honour the stories that don't have words yet, the feelings, the visions, and the mysteries that exist before they're named. I don't need to explain everything to make it real.

We Work at Your Pace

There’s no rush. No pressure to “break through.”
We honour resistance, slowness, and unfolding, all in their time.

Soft Doesn’t Mean Passive

Yes, I can be gentle, nurturing, and spacious, but don’t get it twisted.
If something needs to be said, I’ll say it.
If you need to be lovingly challenged or called in, I’ll do that too.
This is sacred work and sacred work is honest.

Language Is Sacred and Sometimes Sweary

Words matter. I choose mine with care and sometimes that includes swearing.
You might hear a well-placed “fuck that” when resistance is in the room or something needs cutting through.

If strong language feels difficult or activating for you, let me know.
I won’t censor myself, but I will be aware and we’ll work with it together.

This website is just the portal

Everything inside the Healing House, the sessions, the invitations, the dates, the holding, happens quietly, off-platform, and directly through me. The list is managed through my substack, if you’d like to be part of this, share your email (the one you actually check), so I can email you with invitations and you’ll also know where to find me when the call comes.
